1. Aceptación de los Términos

2. Servicios de Mentoring y Eventos
Ofrecemos contenido educativo y servicios de mentoring. Nos reservamos el derecho de modificar, suspender o descontinuar cualquier parte del sitio o servicios en cualquier momento sin previo aviso.

3. Registro y cuenta
Para acceder a ciertos servicios, no es necesario deberás crear una cuenta. Eres responsable de mantener la confidencialidad de tu información de acceso y de todas las actividades que ocurran bajo tu cuenta.

4. Pagos y suscripciones
Al adquirir servicios pagos, aceptas proporcionar información precisa de facturación. Las transacciones serán procesadas por terceros seguros como Stripe. No almacenamos información de tarjetas de crédito.

5. Propiedad intelectual
Todo el contenido del sitio es propiedad de CONSULTORES DIVERSOS USA INC y está protegido por derechos de autor. No puedes copiar, distribuir o utilizar el contenido sin autorización escrita previa.

6. Limitación de responsabilidad
No garantizamos que el sitio estará libre de errores o interrupciones. En ningún caso seremos responsables por daños derivados del uso o imposibilidad de uso del sitio.

7. Cambios a los Términos
Podemos modificar estos Términos en cualquier momento. Las versiones actualizadas estarán disponibles en esta página con la fecha de revisión.

8. POLÍTICA DE DEVOLUCIONES Y REEMBOLSOS

8.1. Derecho a devolución parcial.El Usuario podrá solicitar la devolución del monto pagado por productos o servicios adquiridos, únicamente dentro de los quince (15) días naturales posteriores a la fecha de compra. En tales casos, The Sapients Club retendrá un porcentaje del veinte por ciento (20 %) del monto total, en concepto de cargos administrativos, bancarios e impositivos. El ochenta por ciento (80 %) restante será reembolsado mediante transferencia bancaria internacional.

8.2. Vencido el plazo de devolución.Transcurridos más de quince (15) días naturales desde la fecha de compra, no se realizarán devoluciones monetarias. El Usuario podrá solicitar, dentro de un plazo razonable, un crédito equivalente al monto originalmente pagado, aplicable exclusivamente a otros productos, servicios o eventos de la misma categoría ofrecidos por The Sapients Club.

8.3. Exclusión de reversión por tarjeta.Por motivos de control contable y seguridad transaccional, The Sapients Club no realiza reembolsos mediante reversión directa a tarjetas de crédito o débito. Todos los reembolsos serán ejecutados exclusivamente vía transferencia bancaria a nombre del titular de la compra, quien asumirá cualquier comisión bancaria derivada del proceso.

8.4. Procedimiento de solicitud.Toda solicitud de devolución o crédito deberá enviarse al correo electrónico info@thesapientsclub.com, adjuntando la siguiente documentación:

a) Carta firmada por el titular de la compra, dirigida a The Sapients Club, solicitando la devolución o crédito correspondiente.

b) Copia legible de documento de identidad (DPI o pasaporte).

8.5. Plazos de gestión.Una vez recibida la solicitud con la documentación completa, The Sapients Club enviará acuse de recibo dentro de las siguientes cuarenta y ocho (48) horas hábiles y procederá a resolver la solicitud en un plazo máximo de diez (10) días hábiles. El tiempo adicional para que los fondos se reflejen en la cuenta bancaria dependerá del banco receptor y de las condiciones propias de cada país.

8.6. Aceptación expresa.Al completar el proceso de compra, el Usuario declara haber leído, entendido y aceptado la presente Política de Devoluciones, sin reservas ni condicionamientos.

8. RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

8.1. Right to Partial Refund
The User may request a refund for products or services purchased, only within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of purchase. In such cases, The Sapients Club will retain twenty percent (20%) of the total amount as administrative, banking, and tax-related fees. The remaining eighty percent (80%) will be refunded via international bank transfer.

8.2. Expiration of Refund Period
After the fifteen (15) calendar days have passed from the purchase date, no monetary refunds will be issued. However, the User may request, within a reasonable period, a credit equivalent to the original amount paid, which may only be applied to other products, services, or events of the same category offered by The Sapients Club.

8.3. Exclusion of Card Reversal
‍

For accounting control and transactional security reasons, The Sapients Club does not issue refunds via direct credit or debit card reversals. All refunds will be made exclusively via bank transfer to the name of the original purchaser, who will bear any bank fees incurred during the process.

8.4. Refund Request Procedure
All refund or credit requests must be sent to info@thesapientsclub.com, along with the following documentation:

a) A signed letter from the purchaser addressed to The Sapients Club, formally requesting the refund or applicable credit.

b) A legible copy of a valid identification document (national ID or passport).

c) Complete banking information to process the transfer:

Account holder’s full name

Bank account number

Bank name and address

Country of the bank

SWIFT code

ABA or Routing Number (if applicable)

8.5. Processing Times
Once the complete documentation is received, The Sapients Club will acknowledge receipt within forty-eight (48) business hours and will resolve the request within a maximum of ten (10) business days. The time required for the funds to appear in the recipient’s bank account will depend on the receiving bank and the financial conditions of each country.

8.6. Express Acceptance
By completing the purchase process, the User declares to have read, understood, and accepted this Return and Refund Policy in its entirety, without any reservations or conditions.
